The StuComm ‘2017 state of student communication’ white paper combines our own market research and statistics from national surveys.
The research highlights students frustration with existing communication channels and systems. This is primarily due to the impersonal nature of the communication, whilst outdated legacy systems with multiple log-ins, have left students disenchanted and disengaged. In essence, students experience with technology at university is polls apart from their day-to-day lives.
This paper highlights why all UK HE institutions should continue, or begin, to put improved communication and student experience at the forefront of their strategy.
